Kimberly Marshall
Board Member
Kimberly Marshall is a proud U.S. Air Force Veteran with deep family roots in military service—her father, uncle, and grandfather all served in the Air Force, and her grandfather also served in the Navy. With more than a decade of experience in Human Resource Management, she brings strong leadership and organizational expertise to Operation R.J.S.
Her connection to this mission is also profoundly personal. Having witnessed the impact of substance abuse, alcoholism, and mental illness within her own family—including her children’s father, a Marine Corps Veteran—she has seen firsthand the struggles many Veterans face after leaving the service, especially when mental health needs go unrecognized.
Driven by both her professional background and personal journey, Kimberly Marshall is committed to ensuring that Veterans receive the resources, care, and support they need and deserve. For her, serving on the board of Operation R.J.S. is a way to stand beside her brothers and sisters in arms and honor the sacrifices of those who have served.

William J. Stamos
Board Member
William Stamos is a Construction Management professional with more than 15 years of experience overseeing large-scale solar power projects across the United States. His background in leading teams and navigating complex operations brings valuable expertise to the board. Beyond his professional achievements, his commitment to Operation R.J.S. is deeply personal, as he honors the legacy of his father, Richard James Stamos, a Vietnam combat veteran. Through his service on the board, he is dedicated to supporting the Veteran community with dignity, respect, and opportunity.

Natalie E. Latteri, PhD
Board Member
With over a decade of experience in higher education and nonprofit grant writing, Dr. Latteri has seen firsthand the challenges many veteran students face—balancing school while living with the invisible wounds of service, such as PTSD. For her, working with Operation R.J.S. is more than a professional commitment; it’s deeply personal.
Her family’s legacy of service, especially her grandfather’s, continues to inspire her. As a colonel stationed in Italy during World War II, he not only led his troops through the hardships of war but also counseled them with compassion. After returning home, he devoted his career as a psychiatrist to supporting fellow veterans. His dedication to service in every form left a lasting impact, and it motivates Dr. Latteri to carry forward that same spirit of care and respect for those who have sacrificed so much.
